Lunches
Fruit Breaks
Children are asked to bring 3 pieces of fruit to school each week for the class fruit bowl. Each morning a selection of fruit is cut up and shared among the class during the literacy time (between 9am and 10.40am).
Lunchtimes
Children usually sit in the classroom to eat their lunch for 15 minutes with their teacher. Parents are asked to support our Health Programme by ensuring that treats such as fizzy drink, chocolate and sweets are not included in their children's lunches.
Lunch Orders
Parents at Ladbrooks School (PALS) organise a menu on Thursdays from which children can order lunches. There are a variety of both hot & cold food items available.
All lunch orders need to be placed in the order box by 8.55am. There is a separate order form needed for each child. The form and the correct money should then be placed in an envelope and left in the order box at reception.
