How to Pay Money to School

The school asks for various payments throughout the year which can be confusing for parents to understand as to how and when to pay.

All payments to the school are by Internet banking. The account name is Ladbrooks School Board and the account number is ASB 12-3153-0110036-00. Clearly label who and what the payment is about.

If you want to make an annual donation (which the board of Trustees ask you for annually) rather than pay an invoiced account, please use 'donation' as the reference .

If contributing to a camp for your child, the class teacher sets the amount and advises you. There is no invoice sent so when paying put camp as the reference.

 

Each term invoices are sent out . These cover activities for which a parent has opted into and agreed to meet the cost. There are also, at times, specific take home writing books which have been given to younger children. These two instances are where parents must pay, it is not an option to disregard if you receive an invoice.

 

Please avoid making payment by cash. The exception to this is outlined in the next paragraph.

Sometimes requests will be specifically for cash (usually if we are collecting on behalf of another school or organisation associated with a particular activity).

If paying by cash, we do not have a petty cash system so please be aware that you need to to bring in the correct amount

 

Please note that PALS operate separate finances to Ladbrooks School so the above information only applies to Ladbrooks School payments. If your payment is for PALS you will be asked to pay through the Kindo app. This has no link to Ladbrooks School.
