Key Hire Information

Hiring available up to and including Thursday 11th December on days and times specified below.

Paperwork needs to be downloaded from here (foot of this page) and completed, with the first signatory, if applicable, having signed the form at home. The main key holder needs to sign at the office on collection of keys.

Here are some important points to consider regarding hiring a key set:

• Keys will not be held or set aside and proof of the online payment of $95.00 is needed before keys are issued, no IOU. Use pool as reference when paying. School account number is 12-3153-0110036-00.
• Before keys can be arranged to hire, all school accounts need to be paid in full.
• There are a number of conditions of hire which have to be agreed to and signed for.
• There must be one main key holder signatory and up to one extra signatory ie spouse, partner or other immediate family member, if applicable, per hire agreement.
• Hire is for the key holders immediate family only, can't be transferred or loaned to anyone else, nor can families share a hire.

Hiring keys for the summer season are available to parents of children at Ladbrooks School and to community families.

The cost is $95.00 for the season.

Key hire can be arranged from Monday via Dot in the office. This needs to be between 8:00am and 3:00pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and on Fridays 8:15am to 11:45am. No hire on Wednesday and no hire beyond 11 December 2025.
