Ali, our Assistant Principal, originally from Te Ika-a-Māui, has lived in Ōtautahi for 30 years and loves the dramatic landscapes and vast skies of the South Island.

She loves Ladbrooks in the Spring with all the blossoms out and the tamariki learning outside the classroom. Ali is a lifelong learner, avid reader, and a fan of the Arts, science and environmental education. (Just quietly, she is a little bit obsessed with trapping, bringing back the birds and bush recovery). Her happy place is reading somewhere beautiful and swimmable.
