Amy is head chef at her place and enjoys making a variety of delicious cuisine. From traditional Indian curries full of spices to a simple, but full of flavour, to a plate of nachos with guacamole. She is a prolific sewer, although has slowed down in this area since becoming a mum to Mahima. Amy wants to be someone who impacts the lives of others for the better. Her happy places are playing with her daughter, sewing, working in the gardening, walking in nature or drinking coffee at Addington Coffee Co-op. She loves to see children challenging themselves, taking risks and being proud of their efforts.
