Sarah grew up in Northland spending time living in Kaiwaka, Waitangi, and Whangarei. She went to a small country school and the best thing about school was the HUGE Puriri tree that was a climbing tree that they played tag in. She spent her final year at high school in Norway on an exchange year. During this time she learnt to Telemark ski, snowboard, and speak Norwegian. Sarah studied a Bachelor of Education at Waikato University. She has taught in Waiuku, London, Waikato, and Christchurch. When Sarah is not at school you will find her spending time with her family, exploring, fishing, swimming or finding cool playgrounds for Leo.
