Samantha is really excited to be stepping into Gemma’s Year 2 and 3 class while Gemma is on maternity leave for the year. Samantha is looking forward to getting to know the students and being part of their learning journey at Ladbrooks School. She is especially keen to experience teaching at a different year level and bring her own style and energy into the classroom.
Samantha has recently relocated to Christchurch from near Gore in Southland, where she worked as a Year 8 homeroom teacher for almost six years. Outside of school, Samantha enjoys spending time with family and friends, tramping, camping and travelling whenever she gets the chance. She also loves getting outdoors and exploring with her dog, Pippa.
